Refund & Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, you may cancel the Transaction only where cancellation is specifically allowed on the Platform. In such cases, cancellation will be subject to the terms published on the Platform.

Cancellation Policy

We retain discretion to approve or reject cancellation requests. We may request additional information before we make a decision. If cancellation is permitted, it will follow the exact cancellation terms shown on the Platform.

Refund Eligibility

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only basis for requesting a replacement, return, or refund is if the item does not match the description provided on the Platform.

Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction, or within any longer period specified on the Platform. In no case will the refund request period be less than three days.

To request a refund, raise a ticket on the Platform or contact us at info@iprith.co.in. Provide a clear and specific reason for your refund request, including the exact terms that were violated and any supporting proof, if required.

Whether a refund will be provided is determined by us. We may ask for additional details before approving any requests, and we will review each case based on the information supplied and the Platform terms.
